The 608 Process

Once you’ve submitted your request to us through our GET-A-QUOTE form, we will make your real-time edits on the Event Cinch automated system by:

1.) Entering Your Event Info (Date, Duration, Guest Count, & Venue)

2.) Shop For Event Items You Desire (Beverages, Rentals, Satellite Bars, Yard Games, Decor, Tents, etc.)

3.) Select Your Staff, Review & Save your Quote!

Once we’ve received your submitted real-time quote, we'll schedule a call or meeting to discuss your event and complete bar and beverage service experience. If you’d rather review the Event Cinch system together, we can absolutely do this via video call with our screen share!

Based on the information you provide, we’ll review all details during our call and your questions will be answered. We can also make any edits during the call should you desire.

Remember! With our unique quoting system, you can make edits on your own at any time; no more waiting on others to make your desired requests/additions/subtractions!

Now that we’ve spoken about your special event and you’ve got goosebumps about being at ease about the value and experience you’re about to partake in on your bar service, you will be sent your contract and invoice to officially reserve YOUR date!

The contract and 50% retainer are due within 72 hours for you to formally book Bartender 608.

Between the 30-45 day mark, you will receive our Final Questionnaire for us to collect your finalized details, i.e. your day-of contact information, formal event schedule + map if needed, what alcohol we’ll be serving, and any further details for a smooth system for the event.

Since 2007, Bartender 608 has been throwing exquisitely awesome events in the Midwest and, has nearly 30 years in the food and beverage industry including NYC experience.

Bartender 608 will arrive up to two (2) hours prior to the event start time. We will begin unloading and setting up at the scheduled bar station(s). Now is the time for you to relax and be a guest at your own event!
