The Wisconsin Badger cocktail teams up mad flavors that make up the state of Wisconsin. Blackberries and Apples and Cranberries, oh my! Tell your taste buds to get ready, because it's going down.

This recipe makes four (4) because while drinking alone is fine--team sports encourage team drinking, laughing, shenanigans and cheering...

• 4 oz. brandy

• 2 oz. blackberry schnapps

• 2 oz. apple schnapps

• Fill with cranberry juice

• Dash of plum bitters

• (optional) 2 oz. float cherry schnapps on top

Fill a beer glass and build ingredients over ice. Stir with a red and white straw and serve with a Spotted Cow beer chaser from New Glarus brewery.
